Harness the joy and ease of summer with simple, yet powerful self-care tools in this Rejuvenating workshop! Experience rest, rejuvenation and clarity as you engage in this interactive workshop. Explore breath, body, and energy practices that are easy to implement into your daily self-care habits.

  • Take a slower, inward pause with a Restorative Yoga practice with Aromatherapy to balance the Fiery outward energy of summer so you can feel at ease in body and in the flow of life.

  • Learn a breathing practice to help you cool from the inside out.

  • Receive a few basic principles from Ayurvedic wisdom around self-care to help you and your body stay cool and balanced this summer.

  • Play in a short intro to Access Bars relaxation session where you will gift and receive a mini-session to create more space for YOU and a summer of possibilities.

You get to go home feeling a little blissed out while taking with you some very dynamic tools to be more of YOU and create a summer of joy and fun! Escape the heat, nourish deep, and tap into the energy of summer solstice in this interactive workshop.
