Jacob Tyson, DPT
Jacob Tyson is a physical therapist and yoga instructor from Chapel Hill, NC. He is passionate about integrating mindful movement and other wellness practices with traditional physical therapy to provide holistic health solutions.
His clinical interests include: chronic musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain and chronic stress, neurological and balance disorders, lifestyle diseases, exercise-related injuries, and preventive care to optimize health over the long term.
Jacob obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNC-Chapel Hill. In addition, he has a background in yoga, Feldenkrais method, and neuroscience.
He also enjoys hiking, reading, trying out new recipes, and playing with his kitty!
Andrea Coffey, DPT
Andrea Coffey is a licensed physical therapist with five years of experience in empowering individuals through movement, education, and holistic care.
She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University. Her clinical experience spans a diverse range of patient populations, including individuals recovering from concussion, vestibular dysfunction, stroke, trauma, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, orthopedic injuries, Ehlers- Danlos Syndrome (EDS), MCAS, POTS, dysautonomia, and post-COVID recovery.
Andrea is certified in Yoga Level I (2024), Healing Touch (Levels I–III), TRX Suspension Training, and is an ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist. She also holds a comprehensive vestibular rehabilitation certification through MedBridge and maintains active certifications in BLS and AHA First Aid. As a proud APTA member since 2020, she continues to expand her skills and stayrooted in evidence-based practice.

Paul earned a B.S. in Physical Therapy at Northeastern University and practitioner certification from the Feldenkrais Guild® of North America. He is a member of APTA's private practice, women's health, and pediatrics groups.
Paul is a devoted father of four and grandfather of six. He loves dance, jazz, basketball, dog walking, hiking, and gardening.
Rachel Zingone
In addition to managing the administrative side of the Wellness Station, Rachel has been operating her own alternative healing practice since 2014. With over 10 years experience as a clinical herbalist, Rachel helps people to discover natural ways to maintain and regain their health. As a consulting hypnotist specializing in medical concerns and health issues, Rachel works to help people increase healing time as well as increase pain thresholds reducing the needs for medications. Rachel is also trained in Reiki as a method for stress reduction, nervous system regulation and for increased healing in long term and chronic ailments.
Lorraine Davis JD, RYT
Lorraine is inspired by the freedom, strength, and joy that come with aerial yoga. She teaches students to explore their yoga practice with self-compassion and curiosity.

Lorraine is a lifelong student of movement arts. She shares with Paul the joys of four adult children and five grandchildren. She loves the natural world, good food and conversation, dogs, and dancing
