JOIN US FOR TELEHEALTH SESSIONS!

Telehealth sessions are more fun and valuable than we could have imagined. Here is what you can expect:

  • Check in with your clinician and connect

  • Review prior lessons and address any questions you may have

  • Discuss new variations or progressions of your home routine so that you may continue to learn and grow

  • Establish self-nourishing and stress-reducing strategies and routines during this stressful time

  • Receive necessary support and guidance through the next few weeks so that you can improve your resilience to stress and take advantage of your time at home as a period of self-care and healing.

One challenge that many are experiencing during this time is establishing some structure and routine without many of the external commitments and obligations that once created your day. Creating an appointment and setting aside a time to tune in and make a plan to learn and continue your care is vital to your progress.

Telehealth sessions are available through the Wellness Station‘s HIPPA compliant client portal to existing and new patients.  You must be set up in the Wellness Station client portal to do telehealth sessions!  If you are a new client or have not already set up an account, please email us at info@thewellnessstation.co and we will send you a link to do so.

Insurance is now covering telehealth sessions. If you are a cash-based client that does not bill or submit payment to insurance, visits are $110 for a new patient initial evaluation and $90 for follow up sessions.
